Forms and surveys
Forms and surveys that ask one question per screen; respondents land in Contacts.
Marketing › Forms is where you build forms like a discovery call form, an application form, a satisfaction survey, or webinar feedback. Respondents see the questions one at a time on screen; they move on with Enter and can use the 1–9 keys for options. The form opens at your school's address (your-school-address/f/form-name) and uses the accent color from your Brand Kit.
Creating a form
- Click New form or pick one of the ready-made templates: Discovery call form, Satisfaction survey (NPS), Webinar feedback.
- If you like, use Create with AI: describe the form's purpose in one sentence (e.g., “Learn the person's situation and goal for a career coaching discovery call”), and AI prepares the questions and saves them as a draft. 1 credit; if AI can't produce a draft, no credit is deducted.
- Select a question in the list on the left and edit it in the middle. Add a new question with Add question; change the order with the arrows.
- Preview on the right shows the form as respondents will see it (it doesn't save responses).
- When it's ready, click Publish. Changes you make to a published form go live as soon as you save them.
Question types
| Type | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Full name | The person is added to Contacts under this name |
| Short / long answer | Free text |
| Single choice / multiple choice | One or several of the options |
| Rating | 1–5 or 1–10 |
| Recommendation score (NPS) | 0–10; the NPS score is calculated on the summary screen |
| Email, phone, date | The format is checked |
| Info screen | Shows text only, asks for no answer |
Conditional branching (Logic)
In the Logic box under a question, click Add rule: for example, “If the answer is not Other → question 4” or “If the rating is less than 7 → End form.” A rule can only skip forward; the first matching rule applies, and if there's no rule, the next question follows. Required questions that are skipped aren't asked of the respondent.
Sharing
- Link: copy it from the Share tab; use it in your Instagram bio, WhatsApp, email, or inside a course.
- Page Studio: in the page editor, just tell AI “add the … form”; the form appears inside the page as a live block.
- Another site: paste the embed code into the HTML area of WordPress, Wix, or your own site.
Responses
In the Responses tab, Table shows each response as a row; click a row to open all the answers, and delete the response if needed. Summary shows the distribution, average, NPS, and latest text answers for each question. Download CSV gives you a file that opens in Excel.
Contacts, consents, and automation
- If the form has an email question, the respondent is added to Contacts with the
form:form-nametag (you can change the tag in the Settings tab). An existing contact's name and phone number aren't changed by the form. - A form that asks for an email or phone number always ends with a mandatory KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) privacy notice acknowledgment. The email consent (commercial messages) box is optional; people who tick it get a confirmation link, and campaign emails don't go to people who don't confirm.
- In an automation rule, choose the Form Submitted trigger to start a welcome or follow-up series for people who fill in the form.
