Ad Center
Choose your goal; get a Google ad plan, ad copy, and a step-by-step setup package ready.
Marketing › Ad Center is where you prepare your ad from start to finish: you choose your goal and the product to promote, the agent prepares the plan, the audience, and the Google search ad copy, and you approve it and take it live. The first platform is Google Search: you reach people searching for your product and pay only when they click. Meta (Instagram/Facebook) is suggested as the second step.
1. Brief — one question at a time
- Click New campaign. Choose your goal: Webinar registration, Course / program sales, Ebook / free content, or Appointment.
- Pick the webinar, course, or page you'll promote from the dashboard. You don't need to type an address; the landing page comes from your selection.
- Enter your daily budget, the duration (7, 14, or 30 days, or ongoing), and the location. If you like, enter a target cost (e.g., the most you want to pay for one registration); the cut-off rules are written based on it.
2. Plan
When you click Prepare plan, the agent produces a persona card, three audiences (cold, warm, lookalike), the keyword groups you'll appear for on Google, and negative keywords that filter out irrelevant searches. Alongside them are a platform recommendation, a budget split, a 14-day test plan (learn · cut/shift · scale), and written cut-off rules. You can add and remove keywords and change the match type (phrase, exact, broad).
The agent doesn't write estimated registrations, reach, or costs; every number you see on screen is one you entered or actual data.
3. Audiences
You keep suggested audiences with Save audience; saved audiences are kept in Ad Center › Audiences and can be reused in later campaigns. Audience names and messages that address a person's personal circumstances (such as debt, weight, or health) aren't saved; Google and Meta reject them. A safe alternative is suggested.
4. Creatives
- A Google responsive search ad for each keyword group: 12–15 headlines (up to 30 characters) and 4 descriptions (up to 90 characters), a display path, sitelinks, and extra assets. A character counter sits next to each line.
- Policy check: income/earnings promises, guaranteed results, health claims, addressing personal circumstances, and Google's editorial rules (emoji, exclamation marks in headlines, phone numbers) are flagged. A safe version appears next to copy that needs fixing; you use it in one click. The package isn't prepared while there's unfixed copy.
- Images are produced in Ad Studio and linked to the campaign: square, vertical, and horizontal sizes (the horizontal image is cropped to 1.91:1 for Google). They're used for remarketing and Meta.
5. Launch — setup package
- Complete the tracking checklist: your GA4 ID must be set in Settings › Tracking (the cookie banner and Consent Mode v2 turn on automatically). In Google Ads, import the GA4 conversion and turn on auto-tagging.
- Click Prepare package, then Download package (ZIP): step-by-step setup text, a file you can import into Google Ads Editor, and the images.
- Follow the steps in Google Ads; every field has a Copy button next to it. Don't forget to enter the Final URL suffix: that's how sales and registrations are attributed to this campaign.
- Once it's live, click I've launched it.
6. Performance
After 3 days, download the report broken down by day from Google Ads as a CSV and add it with Upload CSV, or enter spend, impressions, clicks, and results by hand. The screen shows spend, click-through rate, cost per result, and real revenue: the actual number of people in your dashboard who came through the campaign link and bought, registered, or booked an appointment. Real ROAS is this revenue divided by spend.
If one of the cut-off rules is triggered, it shows up in Agent suggestions (pause, shift budget, refresh copy, check tracking, scale gradually). If you applied the suggestion in Google Ads, click Applied; if you won't apply it, click Ignore; your decisions stay in the campaign's record.
