AI webinar agent: notes, questions, follow-up email
When your webinar ends, have a summary, attendee questions, objections, and key moments ready, with a note on each attendee's card.
The AI webinar agent listens to the live webinar you run in the Bilgi Ticareti room; when the webinar ends, it transcribes the conversation and takes notes for you. You turn the agent on separately for each webinar; while it's off, nothing is transcribed.
How to turn it on
- On the Webinar page, click your webinar and go to the AI notes tab.
- Click Turn on agent. You can turn it on before the webinar starts or during the live broadcast; conversations from that moment on are noted.
- Run the webinar as usual and click End at the end. After everyone has left the room, the notes are ready within a few minutes.
What gets prepared
- Summary: what you covered in the webinar and what attendees showed interest in.
- Questions: questions attendees asked out loud or in the chat, with the minute they were asked. If the person who asked is registered for your webinar, a contact card link appears next to it.
- Objections: concerns such as price, time, or fit, along with who raised them.
- Key moments: the important minutes of the webinar (the main idea, the offer, a strong question).
- Suggested follow-up email: a short email you can send to attendees that refers to what was actually discussed in the webinar. It isn't sent; you copy it and use it in Email & Automation. If you like, you can give it direction (“make it shorter”, “invite them to the recording”) and have it rewritten.
The agent writes only what was said in the conversation and the chat: it doesn't add a number, discount, or name that wasn't mentioned to the notes; if such a statement comes up, it's discarded and the screen shows how many were discarded.
A note on the contact card
Everyone who attended the webinar (or spoke, or wrote in the chat) and has a record in Contacts gets a note tagged “AI webinar agent” in the Notes tab of their card: which webinar they attended, the questions they asked, and their concerns. In your next conversation, you can see here what the person was interested in. AI Coach also knows your latest webinar notes; you can ask it “what should I do after my last webinar?”
What attendees see (KVKK)
When the agent is on, a “This session is being noted by AI” notice appears on the registration page, the live broadcast page, and in the meeting room; the notice links to the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) privacy notice on your site. A clause for this processing is added to the privacy notice automatically. The transcribed text is deleted automatically after 90 days. You can delete the notes, the transcript, and the agent's notes on contact cards at any time with AI notes › Delete (e.g., if an attendee asks for deletion).
