Contacts: everyone in one list

Customers, subscribers, and leads; score, last activity, spending, and the contact card.

Updated: October 2, 2026

Contacts gathers your email subscribers, buyers, and CRM leads into one row per email address; the same person appears once even if they're on all three lists. Records stay where they are: tagging is in Email › Subscribers, purchases and access are in Contacts › Customers, and stage tracking is in Contacts › CRM & Leads.

Funnel and filters

The strip at the top counts contacts in five stages: Lead (hasn't bought yet), Hot lead (hasn't bought and has a score of 50 or higher), Meeting (has an appointment), Customer (has made a paid purchase), and Repeat buyer (two or more). Click a stage to filter the list by it. With the chips below it you can choose Customer, Hot lead, Webinar attendee, Student, Subscriber, or CRM lead, search by name or email, and sort by last activity, score, or spending. Clicking a tag filters the list by that tag.

How the score is calculated

ActivityPoints
Everyone10
First paid purchase / second+30 / +10
Attended a webinar (registration only)+15 (+5)
Booked an appointment+15
Opened an email / clicked a link in the last 30 days+10 / +10
Progressed a lesson in the last 14 days+10
In CRM: interested / quote sent+10 / +15
No activity at all for 60 days−15

The score is between 0 and 100; it is a rough indicator of how warm someone is, not an exact sales forecast.

Contact card

Click a row and the person's card opens on the right: how long they've been on your list, their spending, the number of products they bought, and their score; WhatsApp and Call if they have a phone number, and always an Email button. Below it are the timeline (purchases, webinars, appointments, completed lessons, emails opened and clicked, joining the list) and AI Coach's suggestion for this person; its button sends AI Coach a ready-made question with the person's summary (a message draft or a call note).

TipThe /admin/kisiler?filtre=sicak link opens the list directly with hot leads. To bring in your own list from somewhere else, use Import in the header.
