My credits were deducted but I got no result
Failed jobs and long-running generations.
A generation that fails does not deduct credits. Long jobs such as videos and ebooks run in the background; you can leave the page, and when the job is done it appears in the list. If credits were deducted but there's no result, the job may still be running; check again in a few minutes. If the problem continues, write to Support with the name and time of the job, and we'll check it and refund the credits.
