Affiliate showcase: opening your products to affiliates

The showcase opens your products to affiliates who don't know you yet. Affiliates in the Bilgi Ticareti Partner office see the courses in the showcase, pick the ones they like, and promote them with their own link. When a sale happens, the commission is credited to that affiliate.

Opening a product to affiliates

1. In Affiliate program › Products & showcase, press Edit next to the product.
2. Check This product is open to affiliates and enter the commission rate (1–80%). The window shows what the affiliate will earn per sale.
3. Participation: if you choose “I approve applications,” every application comes to you; with “Auto-approve,” anyone who joins gets a link immediately.
4. Check Show in the Partner office showcase. If you don't, the product stays open only to your existing affiliates.
5. If you like, write the sales page address (it can only be a page on your own domain; sales on another site can't be tracked) and a note to affiliates (who it suits, how to pitch it). The note is used in the showcase and in affiliates' AI copy generation.

Ready-made materials

From the same window, you add post, story, and email copy, or an image/video link. Wherever you write {link} in the copy, each affiliate's own link is inserted. Affiliates can also generate share copy for the product with AI.

Applications

Applications awaiting approval are listed at the top of the page: you can see the person's note and whether they are a Bilgi Ticareti partner. The moment you press Approve, the person's links and materials open and a notification is sent. When a new application comes in, you get an email and (if you're using the app) a phone notification.

Rate and payment

• For a product with an offer, the rate comes from the offer; products without an offer are open only to portal affiliates, at the school's default rate. No commission is recorded on a product you've closed to affiliates.
• The money from the sale comes to your payment account; you pay the commission according to the affiliate's payout request. The commission for the last 14 days stays pending: if a refund happens, it drops automatically, and during this time you can also cancel a sale that violates the rules, with a reason, from Affiliate program › Commissions.
• Every affiliate who joins through the showcase accepts the School Affiliate Rules (advertising disclosure, ban on misleading promises and spam, 14-day hold).
• Affiliates who join through the showcase appear in your contacts list with the source “affiliate.”
