School Affiliate Rules

1. Parties

The school affiliate program is between the entrepreneur who sells the course (the “School”) and the person who promotes the course with their own link (the “Affiliate”). Vista AI Technology LLC provides the affiliate storefront and sales tracking; it does not collect the sale price or the commission and does not act as an intermediary. The commission is paid by the relevant School. The terms for promoting Bilgi Ticareti are set out separately in the Partner Program Agreement.

2. Promotional language

• In your posts, clearly state that it is an affiliate link (such as #ad, #partnership).
• Do not make false promises: do not use guaranteed earnings, certain results, fake discounts, fake reviews or fake user experiences.
• Do not promote through unsolicited bulk email, SMS, group messages or spam comments.
• Do not use the School's name, logo or brand in a way that imitates it (fake accounts, similar domain names, search ads on the brand name).
• You may adapt the materials the School provides; do not distort their meaning.

3. Commission

• Commission is calculated on the sale completed by the buyer who comes through your link, at the rate shown for the course in the storefront.
• Purchases you make for yourself with your own link do not generate commission.
• In programs that require approval, your link does not generate commission until your application is approved.
• The School may change the rate or close the course to affiliates; the change applies from subsequent sales.

4. 14-day hold and cancellation

Each commission stays pending for 14 days after the sale. If the sale is refunded during this period, the commission is automatically removed. During this period, the School may cancel the commission for a sale that violates these rules (fake, self-referred, or coming through spam or misleading promotion), stating its reason; the cancellation and its reason are communicated to the Affiliate. A commission whose 14 days have elapsed moves to the withdrawable balance.

5. Payout

• When the withdrawable balance is at least 100 TL, the Affiliate may request a payout from the School.
• The School makes the payment to the IBAN provided by the Affiliate. The Affiliate is responsible for the accuracy of the account holder information.
• The Affiliate is responsible for their own tax obligations relating to their earnings.

6. Violations

The School may suspend the program for an Affiliate who violates these rules; commissions earned through a violation are not paid. In the event of serious or repeated violations, Bilgi Ticareti may close access to the affiliate storefront.
