Email marketing automation: the right email at the right moment
Email automation means the emails you prepared in advance go out on their own when something happens: when someone signs up, buys or misses an appointment. In Bilgi Ticareti, forms, payments, webinars and appointments live in the same dashboard, so triggers work without any extra integration.

How does automation work?
Every automation rule has three parts: a trigger (when something happens), a filter (for whom) and a delay (when). When the rule fires, the series you linked starts and the emails go out at the intervals you set.
| Trigger | When it runs |
|---|---|
| New signup | A signup from a form; can be filtered by ebook, page form, appointment or waitlist |
| Webinar registration | A registration for a webinar |
| After purchase | Card payment, bank transfer approval or free enrollment; can be filtered by product |
| Appointment booked | When an appointment is booked; can be filtered by session type |
| Appointment completed | When you mark the session as “Completed” |
| No-show | When you mark the session as “No-show” |
What’s in the dashboard?
Series writing with AI
You write the goal (e.g. “from free ebook to appointment”) and the number of emails; the series is written with your Brand Kit, in your own tone. You preview and edit each email.
Flow view
Rules appear as a list or as a trigger → wait → series chain; each rule shows its open rate and the revenue it brought in.
Announcement (newsletter)
A one-time email to your whole list or to a single tag; it can be scheduled for a later time, and you send yourself a test first.
Revenue from email
Purchases made within 3 days of clicking a link in an email count as revenue from email.
List health
Bounce and complaint rates and the number of people who haven’t opened an email in 90 days on a single screen; you can set up a “last chance” series for those who don’t open.
WhatsApp reminders
If you connect your own WhatsApp Business account, appointment reminders go out from your number.
Consent and KVKK
Forms have two separate consents: the mandatory privacy notice and the optional commercial electronic message consent. Marketing emails (series and announcements) go only to people who gave that consent, and each one carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
Transactional emails such as order confirmations, signup confirmations, bank transfer details and appointment confirmations still go to people who unsubscribed; that’s why you keep important information (e.g. the portal link) in the transactional email.
Three rules for a good series
Each email does one job
One topic, one call to action. The reader shouldn’t have to think about what to do.
Delay the welcome series by a day
A transactional email already goes out at signup and purchase. If you start the series with a 1-day delay, the person doesn’t get two emails at once.
Don’t write numbers you haven’t measured
False urgency and unverified claims lower trust and deliverability; short, plain subject lines work better.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate email service?
No. Sending, lists, series, announcements and reports are all inside the dashboard. The monthly sending allowance is between 5,000 and 100,000 depending on the plan.
Which address do the emails come from?
Your brand name shows as the sender name. When a customer hits “Reply,” the email comes to the address you set.
Can I import my existing subscriber list?
Yes. In Settings › Import you upload your list as a CSV; you can also paste your old email sequence and set it up as a series. For marketing email, people must have given commercial message consent, so upload only people who have given it.
Are webinar reminders automatic?
Yes. The registration confirmation, the reminder before the start and the watch link once the recording is ready go out automatically. For a reminder the day before or an offer after the webinar, you set up your own series with the “Webinar registration” trigger.
Does AI write the series, or do I?
Either. When you create a sequence with AI, the draft comes in your brand’s tone; you edit each email or write it entirely yourself. A series that isn’t linked goes to no one.
