For coaches: from intro call to paid session
In coaching, the sale mostly happens in a conversation; the hard part is getting the right people into that conversation. When you pick the “Coach” role in the Setup Wizard, this path is set up for you: a free guide, an intro call and a paid coaching session.

Frequently asked questions
Can I collect the session fee in advance?
Yes. For paid session types, payment is made when booking the appointment; the appointment is confirmed once payment is received.
Can I use it without selling courses?
Yes. In the Coach role no course is set up; the system is built around selling sessions and calls. You add a course whenever you want.
Can I ask clients questions before the session?
Yes. You add pre-questions to the session type (e.g. what is your goal, what is your current situation); the answers come with the appointment.
