Deleting your account and getting your data
You delete your account from the dashboard; you can restore it within 30 days.
You delete your account yourself from Settings › Security › Delete account.

- First, get your data: keep your own copies of your course videos and files; export your student list from Contacts.
- Press Delete my account. The screen shows which brands will be closed and how many active students will be affected. Enter your password (if you sign in with Google or Apple, type “DELETE MY ACCOUNT”) and confirm.
What happens after you delete
- All your brands close immediately; their sites show visitors a “School closed” page.
- Your active students are notified by email that the school has closed, and membership renewals stop.
- The renewal of your platform subscription is stopped, and sign-in to your account is closed.
- For 30 days, you can bring everything back exactly as it was with the Restore my account link we send to your email (you restart your subscription afterward).
- When the 30 days are up, pages, courses, subscribers, files, and videos are permanently deleted, and your personal data is anonymized. Sales and invoice records that must be kept by law are archived without identifying information.
- Your subdomain is not given to anyone else for another 180 days after deletion.
If you only want to close one brand: Multiple brands.
