Which address your emails are sent from

Your brand name appears as the sender name on your emails. The sender address is chosen according to this rule:

• If your domain is verified in Settings › Domain and approved for sending email: your own address (for example, merhaba@akademim.com). The sender address can only be from these domains; bilgiticareti.com addresses are not accepted as a sender. The platform name (“Bilgi Ticareti”) can't be used in the sender name.
• If it isn't verified: emails go out from markan@bilgiticareti.com (your brand's address on our domain), and the reply-to address is the one you set. When a customer clicks “Reply,” the email comes to you.

This rule keeps your emails from landing in spam or being rejected. Test sends (broadcast and automation tests) go only to the verified addresses of you and your team members, with at most 10 test emails per hour. From public forms, at most 3 emails per day are sent to the same address.
