Reading the email page
List, opens, clicks, revenue from email, automations, and list health on one screen.
When you open Email & Automation, the first tab is Overview. The header shows the number of active contacts on your list, the bulk sends made this month, and the number of active automations; the New campaign button opens a new announcement window directly.
Metrics
| Metric | How it is calculated |
|---|---|
| List | The number of active subscribers; below it, those who joined this month |
| Opens / Clicks | The open and click rate of emails sent in the last 30 days; the point difference compared with the previous 30 days |
| Revenue from email | Purchases made within 3 days after clicking a link in an email |
Automations and sends
In the Automations card, you see each rule's trigger, the number of emails in the series, the open rate over the last 90 days, and its revenue. Revenue is the person's purchases within 30 days after entering the series. You turn a rule on or off with the switch on the right; Open on canvas shows the rules in flow view. Recent sends lists the last five announcements with recipients, opens, clicks, and revenue.
Right column
- Next send: an announcement you scheduled for a later time. Send test emails it to your own address, and Change schedule opens the Broadcast tab.
- AI Coach: you have it write two alternatives for the next send's subject line; you can test both on a small portion of the list and send the winner to everyone.
- List health: the bounce and complaint rates over the last 90 days, and the number of people who haven't opened any email in 90 days. Bounces should stay under 2% and complaints under 0.1%.
