Migration Service Terms
The scope and terms of the “We’ll migrate it for you” service.
1. Scope
The migration service covers transferring student and subscriber lists, course content, pages, and email sequences from another platform to a Bilgi Ticareti account. The exact scope, fee, and schedule are set out in the quote provided after the request.
2. The Entrepreneur’s obligations
- Provide access to the source platform or the exported files.
- Have the right to collect and process the personal data being migrated; pass on the information about people who have not given marketing consent.
- Review and approve the content after the migration.
3. Delivery
When the migration is complete, the request is marked “completed.” For safety, migrated automations are delivered switched off; turning them on is subject to the Entrepreneur’s approval.
4. Fee and refund
The fee is stated in the quote. Work does not begin until the quote is approved. If a migration that has already begun is canceled, a fee is charged in proportion to the work done.
