With AI: write or rewrite a chapter, a cover alternative, a promotional email, and social posts (drafted to the AI Coach). The AI cover creates a topic-appropriate vertical image from the book's title and subject; there is no text on it, and the title is written on the cover page.

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by [Your information in Settings › Legal] as the data controller. The site infrastructure is provided by Vista AI Technology LLC (Bilgi Ticareti) as the data processor.

2. Data processed and purposes

Name, surname, email, phone, order and payment records, learning progress, appointment and form responses are processed for the purposes of providing the product you purchased, issuing the order and invoice, support, information security and (if you give your consent) sending commercial electronic messages. Legal bases: performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5).

3. Transfers

Your data is transferred, for the provision of the service, to the infrastructure provider Bilgi Ticareti and to its hosting, email, video, payment and AI service providers. Some of these providers are located abroad; the transfer is made within the framework of standard contracts under KVKK Art. 9. Your payment card details are processed by the Seller's payment institution.

4. Your rights

You may exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 by applying to the Seller's email address. From the Profile section of your student portal, you can download your data and delete your account.
