Partner Program Agreement
The terms of the commission paid to those who recommend Bilgi Ticareti.
1. Parties and subject matter
This agreement governs the commission payable between Vista AI Technology LLC and the person or organization that joins the partner program (the “Partner”) on the subscriptions of the entrepreneurs the Partner refers.
2. Commission
- The Partner receives a 30% commission on the subscription fees paid by entrepreneurs who sign up through the Partner’s link.
- The commission is calculated on the net amount of the payment, excluding KDV (Turkish VAT) and other taxes.
- The commission continues indefinitely for as long as the referred entrepreneur’s subscription continues and this agreement remains in force.
- Credit package purchases, the migration service, and other one-time payments are not included in the commission.
3. Entitlement and payment
The commission is earned once the refund or chargeback risk on the relevant subscription payment has passed. The commission on refunded or charged-back payments is deducted. Earned commissions are shown in the partner dashboard and are paid at the Partner’s request, once payment details and invoice/tax documents have been completed.
4. Referral rules
- A referral belongs to the entrepreneur who signs up with the partner link or code.
- Referring your own account, opening fake accounts, bidding on keyword ads for our brand name, and using spam or misleading promises are prohibited; in that case, the related commissions are not paid and the agreement may be terminated.
- The Partner cannot make binding commitments on behalf of Bilgi Ticareti and cannot give incorrect information about prices or features.
5. Promotional materials
The Partner may use the promotional kit and brand provided to them only to promote Bilgi Ticareti and in accordance with the guidelines provided.
6. Term and termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Commissions earned up to the termination date will be paid. In the case of termination for breach of the rules, unpaid commissions may not be paid.
7. Tax
The Partner is responsible for their own tax obligations relating to the commissions they receive.
