Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content

• Unlawful or fraudulent content, and misleading or untrue income, health, or results claims.
• Content that infringes others’ copyright, trademark, or personality rights.
• Hate speech, incitement to violence, harassment; any content that exploits children.
• Offering activities that require a license (e.g., investment advice, healthcare services) without the necessary authorization.
• Pyramid schemes or similar prohibited structures.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Sending emails and messages to lists collected without permission or purchased; sending commercial messages without consent.
• Testing the Platform’s security, trying to circumvent it, or trying to access other accounts’ data.
• Automated use that overloads the Platform, or abusing the credit or trial system (e.g., multiple trial accounts).
• Publishing fake reviews, fake social proof, or fabricated statistics.

3. In case of a violation

We may remove violating content, stop sends, suspend the account, or terminate the agreement. You can report violations to destek@bilgiticareti.com.
