Template: Preliminary Information Form
The full text of the preliminary information form shown to your customer before payment.
1. Seller information
[Your information in Settings › Legal]. Intermediary service provider: Vista AI Technology LLC (Bilgi Ticareti).
2. Main characteristics of the product
The product's name, content (such as number of lessons, duration, access period, live session dates) and method of delivery are stated on the product page and the checkout page.
3. Price and payment
The total price including all taxes, any discount, and the payment method are shown on the checkout page. There are no additional charges; any fees that the payment institution and the bank may apply are borne by the Buyer.
4. Performance
Digital content is made accessible in the student portal after payment is confirmed. Live services are held online on the stated date.
5. Right of withdrawal
The 14-day right of withdrawal and its exceptions are explained in the Distance Sales Agreement. The right of withdrawal ends once access to digital content has been opened.
6. Complaints and applications
Complaints may be sent to the Seller's email address. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) within the monetary limits.
