Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy is for

This policy applies to visitors of bilgiticareti.com, Platform users (Entrepreneurs) and partners. For student and customer data on Entrepreneurs' sites, the privacy policy of the relevant Entrepreneur applies.

2. Data we collect and purposes

The types of data collected, their purposes and legal bases are explained in detail in the KVKK Privacy Notice (KVKK: Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698).

3. We do not sell data

We do not sell or rent your personal data or Entrepreneurs' customer data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes. We do not use Entrepreneurs' customer data for our own marketing activities.

4. Service providers

To provide the Platform, we use service providers in the areas of hosting and databases, content delivery network and file storage, email delivery, payments, video calls and streaming, AI models and accounting. These providers process data only on our instructions and in order to provide the service.

5. AI processing

When you use AI tools, the content you submit is sent to AI model providers to generate a response. Our contracts with the providers are based on the principle that this content is not used to train their models. When you connect your own AI key, your content is processed directly through your account and that provider's terms apply.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Brands' data is separated from one another at the database level with row-level access rules. Payment provider keys, connected account access and AI keys are stored encrypted. Access to an account for support purposes is carried out only by authorized personnel and is logged.

7. Your rights and contact

To exercise your rights to access, correct, delete and export your data, you can write to destek@bilgiticareti.com. When this policy is updated, the last-updated date changes; we notify you of significant changes by email.
