AI Services Terms
Use of AI-generated content, its limits and responsibility.
1. Ownership of outputs
You may freely use the pages, text, images, videos and other outputs you generate with the AI tools, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the model providers used. Vista AI Technology LLC claims no rights over the outputs.
2. Accuracy and review
AI outputs may contain incorrect, incomplete or outdated information. It is your responsibility to review outputs before publishing and to make sure they do not contain false claims or misleading promises about health, finance or law.
3. Use of persons and brands
You may not upload to the AI tools, or generate content with, another person's photo, voice, name or brand without the right to do so. When you upload your own materials such as an instructor's photo and voice, you confirm that you have the right to use them.
4. Credits and your own key
AI jobs use credits; credit costs are published in the Help Center. When you connect your own AI key, the covered jobs run through your provider account; that provider's terms, prices and limits are your responsibility. When your key returns an error, jobs do not automatically switch to platform credits.
5. Model training on data
We do not use the content you submit for AI operations to train our own models; we also work with model providers under terms based on the principle that this content is not used for training.
